The Candyman Summer Rock Camp is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants. However, parents/guardians must acknowledge that participation in any physical or musical activity carries inherent risks of injury. We take extensive measures to minimize risks and expect all participants to follow the rules, code of conduct, and instructions provided.

Medical Insurance Disclaimer
The Candyman does not provide medical insurance for injuries sustained during camp. The cost of such coverage would significantly increase program fees. Therefore, families should review their own health insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.

Important: Lack of health insurance coverage does not make The Candyman Strings & Things or The Candyman Summer Rock Camp responsible for medical expenses. Liability insurance for The Candyman requires all participants to sign this waiver and release form.

Release of Claims 

 

By enrolling in The Candyman Summer Rock Camp, I acknowledge and agree to:

• Assume full responsibility for any injuries, including death, damages, or losses my child/ward may sustain while participating in camp activities.

• Waive and release all claims against The Candyman Strings & Things, The Candyman Summer Rock Camp, and their owners, agents, volunteers, and employees for any injury, damage, or loss incurred.

• Indemnify, hold harmless, and defend The Candyman Strings & Things, The Candyman Summer Rock Camp, and their owners, agents, volunteers, and employees against any claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, or losses sustained by my child/ward.

• Release The Candyman from liability for any loss or damage of personal property.

By enrolling a student in Summer Rock Camp, the registrant acknowledges and accepts this agreement. A digital signature submitted during online registration serves as formal acceptance of these terms.
